Are your pickles handmade and preservative-free?
Yes, our pickles are crafted using traditional sun-drying methods and age-old Bihari recipes. We use premium mustard oil as a natural preservative and do not add any artificial chemicals or colors.
How long do these pickles last?
Our pickles typically have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months. To maintain freshness, always use a clean, dry spoon and ensure the top layer of the pickle remains submerged in oil.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We usually process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery takes 4-7 business days across India. You will receive a tracking link via SMS once shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. However, we are working on international logistics to bring the taste of Bihar to customers worldwide very soon.
What should I do if my pickle jar arrives damaged?
We use sturdy, leak-proof packaging, but if you receive a damaged jar, please email us a photo of the package within 24 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Are the spices used sourced locally?
Absolutely. We source our spices, like the famous yellow mustard and red chillies, directly from local farmers in Bihar to ensure authentic flavor and superior quality.
