Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal food products, we only accept returns or provide replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please initiate your request within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a swift resolution.
Return Process

Upon delivery, check your pickle jars for any leakage or seal breakage and take clear photographs of the damaged product and the outer packaging.

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the attached photographic evidence of the issue.
- 3.Verification Process
Our quality control team will review your claim within 24-48 hours to verify the defect or shipping error against our dispatch logs.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh batch of your authentic Bihari pickles at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
